Acceptable use

You accept these terms each time you sign in

This system holds appraisal ratings, salary figures and increment decisions for the whole organisation. Access is granted by role and is logged.

Use the system only for work assigned to your role.
Treat every salary and rating figure you see as confidential.
Do not share your credentials, and do not sign in on behalf of another person.
Do not export or photograph figures for anyone outside the approval chain.

Every sign-in, approval and export is written to the audit trail with your username and the time.
